Co-Founder
Tom Colombari has more than a decade of leadership experience spanning government, defence, technology, logistics and large-scale transformation programmes. Tom brings a practitioner-led approach to recruitment. Having personally led complex projects and multidisciplinary teams in both the public and private sectors, he understands first-hand what organisations need from high-performing project professionals and what candidates expect from their next opportunity.
Throughout his career, Tom has held senior project and delivery leadership positions across globally recognised organisations, leading strategic initiatives, business transformation programmes and operational change projects. His experience working across highly regulated, fast-paced environments has provided a deep understanding of stakeholder management, governance, delivery excellence and organisational growth.
Mark Primett
Co-Founder
Mark Primett has more than a decade of senior practitioner experience spanning banking, insurance, FinTech, government, energy and large-scale transformation programmes. Mark brings a practitioner-led approach to recruitment. Having personally led and recovered complex programmes and multidisciplinary teams across both the public and private sectors, he understands first-hand what organisations need from high-performing project professionals and what candidates expect from their next opportunity.
Throughout his career, Mark has held senior project, programme and PMO leadership positions across globally recognised organisations, leading strategic initiatives, business transformation programmes and operational change. With experience delivering across the UK, Europe and the Middle East, often in highly regulated, fast-moving environments, he has developed a deep understanding of stakeholder management, governance, delivery excellence and organisational growth.
